We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance for someone with strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding cleaning services.
As the Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple cleaning sites, ensuring high service standards, managing staff, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also demonstrate hands on cleaning shifts. This is not purely a management role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of multiple cleaning contracts and sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
Develop staff rosters and manage workforce scheduling.
Recruit, onboard and train new employees.
Manage stock, equipment and cleaning supplies.
You will seek and secure new clients and business opportunities.
Investigate and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience managing cleaning operations, both residential and commecial.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Current driver's licence.
