We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Cheesecake Shop Bendigo. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast‑paced environment, and maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, qualified customer service
Assist customers with cake selections, special orders and enquiries
Operate POS and handle EFTPOS/cash transactions accurately
Prepare, box and label cakes with care
Maintain store cleanliness and follow food‑safety procedures
Restock displays and rotate stock
Support daily shop operations and work as part of a team
Follow The Cheesecake Shop’s policies and procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

Pay: $34.76 – $35.56 per hour
