Position: Go-Kart Track Staff – Full Time / Part Time / Casual

Entertainment Park is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Karting Team at our brand-new Penrith venue opening soon!

As a Go-Kart Track Staff Member, you will play a key role in creating a protected, exciting, and unforgettable racing experience for our guests. This is a rapid-paced and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives under pressure, and has a passion for motorsports or entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and operating go-kart race sessions
Assisting guests with safety briefings and race procedures
Monitoring track safety and ensuring all rules are followed
Helping guests with helmets, equipment, and kart entry/exit
Responding quickly and professionally to on-track incidents
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the karting area
Providing exceptional customer service to guests of all ages
Assisting with general venue operations when required

What We’re Looking For:




Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Confidence enforcing safety rules and procedures
Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Previous customer service or entertainment experience is beneficial but not essential
Interest in go-karting, motorsports, or action-based environments is highly regarded
