Solar Installer Helper / Labourer

Location: Brisbane & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: $400 per day (6-hour workday)

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Installer Helper / Labourer to join our growing team. This is an excellent prospect for someone with experience in solar, roofing, construction, or general labouring who wants to build a long-term career in Australia's rapidly growing renewable energy industry.

Working alongside experienced solar installers, you'll assist with residential solar installations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with residential solar panel installations
Carry and lift solar panels, mounting rails, and equipment
Support roof-based and ground-based installation activities
Run cables and prepare installation materials
Load and unload tools and equipment
Maintain clean, organised, and safe worksites
Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures
Work efficiently as part of a team

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you'll have:




Some experience in solar installation, roofing, construction, or general labouring (preferred)
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials
Confidence working at heights
A solid work ethic with a willingness to learn
Excellent reliability and punctuality
A current Australian Driver Licence (essential)
Your own reliable vehicle (essential)
White Card (preferred) or willingness to obtain one

What We Offer

6-hour workday (equivalent to $66.67 per hour)
