Join Our Team as a Part-Time Sales Assistant at Bakers Delight – Watagan Park Town Centre

We're a brand-new Bakers Delight store, and we’re on the hunt for a friendly, reliable Part time Sales Assistant to help us bring fresh, delicious bread to the community every day! This role would be 3 days per week, with a possibility of more for the right person. This position would be best suited to a uni student or an adult who is available to work weekday shifts, but will not suit students still attending high school.

What we are looking for:

– Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and team-oriented

– Retail or hospitality experience is great, but not essential – full training provided
Friendly and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Able to work a variety of shifts/able to cover sick and other leave as part of the team

Your role will include:




Serving customers with a smile
Setting up and maintaining product displays and cleanliness of the shop
Assisting with daily operations and providing top-quality service
Learning about our products to offer excellent customer advice

Job Type: Part time

Pay: Up to $27.55 per hour
