Sideways Deli Cafe is a busy Inner West café known for quality coffee, fast service, outstanding regulars and a strong team culture.

We’re looking for an experienced café all-rounder with solid barista skills to join the team.

The role is mostly floor + customer service. You’ll need to be confident handling busy coffee service independently to cover the barista when they are on a break.

Must be available to work 6:45am-5pm on both Monday and Tuesday every week. Flexible with other shift days.
