Barista + Front of House Supervisor - Part Time

Spoons Riverside is looking for an experienced Barista & FOH Supervisor to join our team - part time, weekends essential.

You'll be the one steadying the pass on a busy service, serving and greeting customers and confidently working behind the coffee machine. You'll also help keep FOH running smoothly - assisting on the floor, backing up the team, and making sure every table feels looked after.

What we need from you:
Experience in a similar cafe or restaurant
Confident, consistent latte art
Available weekends (non-negotiable)
A genuine love of hospitality - not just a job to get through

Mostly morning/daytime hours - normally finished by 4pm most days!

Pay:
Casual rate of $38–$41/hour on Saturdays and Sundays, plus penalty rates on public holidays.
