We’re seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel . This full time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.

What you’ll do
Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and enquiries
Handle overnight reception duties, including reservations and payments
Monitor hotel security and complete nightly audits
Provide friendly, professional service to ensure a positive guest experience
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred)
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities
Qualified presentation and attention to detail
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
