About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to assist individuals living with disability to live independently, safely, and with dignity. This role involves providing person-centred support in line with individual care plans and NDIS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist with community access and social participation
Support clients with household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation, shopping)
Follow individual support plans and risk assessments
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the team
Promote choice, independence, and respect at all times
Passive Nights (sleepover shifts) attached to day shifts

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:
Hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
Hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Be willing and able to complete Manual Handling training
Have a caring, patient, and respectful approach




Be reliable with good communication skills
Have the ability to follow policies, procedures, and care plans

Desirable (but not essential)
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar
Previous experience in disability or community support
Current First Aid and CPR
Full or Provisional Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
