What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or educational setting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with children, families, and colleagues
A deep understanding of child development, inclusive practices, and current best practices in early childhood education
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children
A commitment to ongoing career development and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team setting
