The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with organizational objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about project management, operations, business coordination, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Administration: Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and productive execution.
Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and project documentation.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
Maintain project documentation, contracts, reports, and administrative records.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Assist Project Managers in coordinating project resources and resolving operational issues.Follow up on project tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and progress updates.Track project KPIs and identify potential risks or delays.
Support project budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking where applicable.




Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Assist with the implementation of project management tools, systems, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Internship or work experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or business support is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or Notion is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
