About the Role
Working closely with our solicitors and leadership team, you will play an important role in supporting the progression of family law matters while contributing to the delivery of outstanding client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing files and general matter administration
Drafting correspondence, legal documents and court material
Preparing briefs and supporting documentation for hearings and conferences
Liaising with clients, barristers, experts and third parties
Managing diaries, deadlines and workflow requirements
Assisting with matter progression and practice support functions
Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the legal team
This is a hands‐on role offering significant exposure to family law matters,



with ongoing support and opportunities to further develop your skills and experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience in a family law or legal support role
Possess strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be proactive, reliable and solutions‐focused
Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Be confident managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
Have a genuine interest in family law and delivering excellent client care
