In addition, you must have:Flexible availability including nights and weekendsAvailability to work over the Christmas and New Year periodA full drivers licence and use of own carExcellent time management skills, a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiativeExceptional communication and customer service skillsAn immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and groomingKnowledge of food safety requirements, hygiene standards, operating procedures and WHS and regulatory guidelinesAvailability RequirementsBeing part of our culinary team means helping deliver exceptional experiences during our peak trading periods.
