We are well-established local optical practice who needs a part time or casual optical assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their optical needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail workplace and be part of a growing, customer-focused organisation.What you'll be doingProviding friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customersAssisting customers with frame selection, lens recommendations and ordersAccurately measuring and fitting customers for glasses and contact lensesProcessing sales transactions and handling cash and paymentsMaintaining a well-presented and organised retail spaceSupporting the optometrists and other team members as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or retail role,
