We are passionate about supporting every child's development while fostering a workplace where educators feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.About the RoleAs Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional supportGuide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLFFoster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practiceSupport educators in delivering engaging,
