About the Role
As an experienced and organised Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.

Full-time role based in our Maitland office.
38 hour week, Monday - Friday
Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable and receivableBank and balance sheet reconciliationsPayroll processing and reporting using MYOBEnd-of-month reconciliations and reporting supportSupplier and membership account managementMaintaining accurate financial recordsSupporting management with financial administration and reporting
What You'll Bring




Proven bookkeeping or accounts experience using MYOBMinimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounts experienceHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsProfessional, confidential, and reliableAbility to work autonomously and meet deadlinesPayroll experience with 50+ employeesKnowledge of SCHAD's award highly regardedScheduling experience highly regardedWork with a purpose-driven company that truly values its teamSupportive, friendly work cultureOpportunities for growth and developmentBe part of a brand that is making a real difference in people's lives
