What will you be doing?

You will have the opportunity to learn the business by undertaking wide-ranging tasks and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will be assisting clients with their trading needs across award-winning platforms. Duties may include:
Onboarding current clients, requesting and checking documents
Assist with client registrations, deposits, trading and withdrawals
Responsible for ensuring that new clients can trade independently on various platforms
Following up on client queries and issues
Maintain and grow client relationships

Understanding of local and foreign financial markets across a diverse range of asset classes would be advantageous

Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship developer
