Acostar have an prospect as a Customer Service Specialist with Key Account experience to support our Customer Service team based in Sunshine West. Working alongside key stakeholders in the business you will manage your own customer portfolio, whilst gaining valuable knowledge in Logistics.

Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first/last point of contact for your customer portfolio
Customer bookings and service updates / requests
Assisting customers in a timely manner to problem solve their container deliveries.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Customer-Centric approach with the ability to build meaningful ongoing relationships
Ability to prioritize your work during conflicting priorities.




Capacity to work in a ever changing fast-paced work environment
Experience in a similar position within the container cartage industry would be advantageous
Strong computer literacy skills
Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
High attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
Previous experience using a Transport Management System

Office hours are typically Monday to Friday 8am till finish. Onsite Parking is provided.
