We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established restaurant in Canberra seeking a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teams
Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
Maintain high standards of customer service
Monitor stock, ordering, and inventory
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations
Work closely with ownership to improve performance and profitability

Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential




Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospitality environment
Sound understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
Full working rights in Australia preferred
