This role is ideal for compassionate specialists who can provide high-quality care tailored to NDIS/Homecare participants’ individual needs.
Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri (1 hour per shift preferrably morning)
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Specialised Skillset):
We are seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Continence assessments and creating individualised care plans.
Catheter management, including suprapubic catheter (SPC) and indwelling catheter (IDC) changes and maintenance.
Injections (subcutaneous,
intramuscular, and others as needed).
PEG feeding and nutrition support.
Enema administration.
Wound care assessment and management.
Medication administration (oral, IV, or via other routes as applicable).
Diabetes management, including insulin administration.
