The Prospect for 2026

Join our finance team in Staplyton as a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner . This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on combining technical accounting expertise with strategic business insight.

You’ll take ownership of month-end reporting , support budgeting and forecasting and work closely with Finance leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.

If you’re commercially minded , detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from front-line managers to senior leadership—this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do
Own month-end and management reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful results.
Partner with Finance leaders to explain performance, identify drivers, and influence decisions on pricing, costs, and investments.
Support budgeting and forecasting,



building realistic plans and tracking progress.
Maintain strong financial controls and processes.
Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and processes, and assist with audits.

About You
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CA/CPA completed or in progress .
5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a group, listed, or multi-entity setting.
Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
Proven ability as a Finance Business Partner .
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under deadlines.
