Knowledge Management Officer role at Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd. Location: Adelaide, South Australia. Contract. Mid-Senior level.

What you’ll be doing
Creating, updating, and managing ICT support documentation & knowledge bases
Drafting plain-English customer communications (incident notices, updates, campaigns)
Partnering with ICT experts & stakeholders to capture and share knowledge
Reviewing feedback to continuously improve content and communication strategies
Supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams

What we’re looking for
Robust background in communications, marketing, or technical writing (in that order!)
Experience translating complex ideas into straightforward, customer-friendly content
Exposure to ICT, knowledge management, or IT service delivery environments




A collaborator who builds relationships and thrives in team-focused settings

You’ll own the day-to-day knowledge content work, helping streamline communication and free up our clients ICT teams to focus on larger, complex initiatives. It’s a role where your writing, creativity, and problem-solving will directly improve customer outcomes.
