We are seeking an Assistant Venue Manager & Sommelier to support our Venue Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences, leading our front-of-house team, and curating exceptional beverage offerings.

Key responsibilities:
Running the floor and bar with energy and style alongside our Venue Manager
Guiding guests to the perfect food and wine match
Curating and managing our wine & beverage lists, ensuring quality and cost control
Leading, training & inspiring our FOH and bar teams to deliver high service standards
Keeping service sharp, smooth and always guest-focused
About you:
2+ years in a management or assistant management role in a quality restaurant or bar
WSET accreditation or responsible wine knowledge (Australian and Italian wine knowledge a plus)
Strong bar operations and cocktail expertise
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
