The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join the team. Working closely with sales representatives and management, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of sales campaigns and transactions while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing listings from appraisal through to going live
Preparing contracts and sales documentation
Assisting with Form 1 documentation and the conveyancing process
Coordinating marketing campaigns and property launches
Managing open inspection administration
General administration and coordination across the sales team
Ensuring systems, processes and compliance are followed accurately
The Criteria
Previous sales administration experience
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and positive attitude
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High-level computer skills and confidence using CRM systems - experience with Agentbox advantagous
A genuine passion for customer service and teamwork
