Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business prospects across the bathware and construction materials industry
Promote and sell a diverse range of bathroom and building products to contractors, builders, developers, and retailers
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and account management
Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective client support
Requirements
Proven sales experience,
ideally within the bathware, sanitary ware, or broader building materials/construction industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and negotiate effectively
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Current driver’s licence – car allowance provided
Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven with a proactive approach
Salary & Advantages
Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
