METAL ROOFER- APPRENTICES

O'Brien Metal Roofing Pty Ltd is a well-established roofing contractor that specialises in Industrial & Commercial Projects.

We are currently seeking hard working and enthusiastic employees.

Candidates must be well presented and well spoken, able to work in a team, able to give directions when required and willing to learn.

Positions are available for candidates with no prior experience are all welcomed.

We generally try to focus in the industrial and commercial market and always have a consistent work flow.

Tasks & responsibilities

· General Roof plumbing tasks

· Ability to follow Health & Safety Guidelines

· Quality control

· Follow directions

Qualification and experience

Essentials:

· General Construction Induction card (must have)

· Drivers licence

Desirable:

· EWPA under 11m

· High risk work licence (WP, LF, DG)

· Work @ Heights training (must have)

· Trade certificate





Training & upskilling will be available for the right candidates.

Job Types: Full time

Apprentice Pay: $25 - $40 per hr ( pay will vary on what year the apprentice is. Also matured age apprentices will receive a higher rate)

Schedule:
Minimum 8hr shifts

Supplementary Pay:
Christmas bonus
Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred)
Australian work authorisation is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
