Access to ~170,000 global freelance workers via existing micro-task platforms
Explicit demand from AI teams needing human-in-the-loop labeling (vision, NLP, LLM evals, RLHF, etc.)
This is no longer an idea — it’s an early business that needs a technical co-founder to help turn momentum into a real category-defining product.
Role
I’m looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder to own the technical vision and execution.
You’ll be responsible for:
Architecting and scaling the core platform
Designing systems for QA, consensus labeling, auditability, and compliance
Making early technical decisions that will shape the company for years
Hiring and leading engineers as we grow
This is a builder role first , leadership role second.
Qualifications
Who You Are
A senior full-stack engineer or tech lead
Comfortable moving fast in early-stage chaos
Opinionated but pragmatic about architecture
Excited by AI tooling, marketplaces, or data infrastructure
Looking for real ownership , not just a job
Startup or scale-up experience is a big plus.
Equity & Compensation
50% equity , vesting over 4 years (standard founder vesting)
This is a true co-founder role — not a contractor, not “sweat equity theatre”
