We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join the leadership in its kitchen team.

you'll enjoy leading the team here.Key Responsibilities:To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks) food for consumptionSupervising and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.Ordering and maintain inventory of food and supplies.Communicate with the managers and supervisors regarding issues relating to preparation and service in the restaurantEnsure kitchen staff follows directives and be responsible and accountable for food service.Ensuring food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possibleKey Requirements:Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experienceApplicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualificationsExcellent communication skillsEnthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for foodCommitment to excellent customer serviceStrong work ethicAdhere to all Food Health and Safety RegulationsPosition Offers:Full time HoursPermanentSalary between $75,000 and $95,000 plus superannuation
