and obtain quotationsPrepare monthly reports and maintain building recordsRespond to emergencies and oversee building presentationAbout YouYou'll have:At least 3 years' Building or Facilities Management experienceStrong knowledge of residential strata operationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsExperience managing contractors and maintenance programsSound understanding of WHS and compliance requirementsA proactive, hands-on approach with a strong customer service focusWhy Join CGSFM?
