Warehouse Assistant/ Experienced StoremanWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant/Store man to assist our warehouse operations.To be successful as a warehouse assistant you should be experienced in optimising warehousing processes and be an effective team player.An outstanding warehouse assistant should be dependable and have excellent organisational and time management skills.Experience with both high reach and counterbalance forklifts is a must.Key responsibilities:Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label, load, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, check, label, inventory, store)Keep a clean and safe working environmentCommunicate and cooperate with Warehouse Manager.Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures,



rules and regulationsTo carry out all activities in a manner that promotes safety to yourself and your colleaguesEnsure all business and individual key performance indicators are metBe able to work in a fast-paced workplace.Competencies and experience required:Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methodsExcellent leadership and organisational skills and time managementExcellent communication - in person, email, phoneBe able to motivate staff and provide a positive attitudeForklift experience (both counterbalance and high reach)Minimum experience 2 years warehousing experienceAble to work independentlyUnderstand and demonstrate the importance of WHS
