Recruitment Officers | NSW Gov | Multiple Roles AvailableConnect One Recruitment - Olympic Park NSWOur client is a large NSW Government organisation seeking 4 Recruitment Officers to deliver consistent, high quality and compliant recruitment services across the organisation on a contractual assignment.The role works collaboratively with hiring managers and key stakeholders to coordinate and deliver recruitment activities across multiple streams, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and the timely progression of recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring, partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.Meet KPIs including time-to-hire, targets, and service level standards as both an individual contributor and team member.Provide advice on recruitment processes, policies and best practice approaches.Prepare and manage recruitment documentation including advertisements, shortlists,



interview packs and outcome letters.Respond to and triage recruitment-related enquiries and administrative matters.Maintain HR systems and databases, including accurate records and recruitment reporting.Monitor data integrity, conduct audits and report on recruitment KPIs.Selection Criteria:Significant experience in recruitment, including end-to-end recruitment delivery and/or high-volume recruitment administration.Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.Understanding of merit-based recruitment, governance, probity and compliant recruitment processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.Robust organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work.Experience using recruitment or HR systems would be highly regarded.Current NSW C Class Driver Licence.
