You will work closely with the Catering Manager, Chef and kitchen team to maintain high food safety standards while creating a positive dining experience for residents.About the RolePlate and serve meals in accordance with portion sizes and dietary requirementsMaintain high presentation standards in dining areas and serveriesAssist with food preparation as directed by the ChefMonitor and record fridge temperaturesFollow food safety, HACCP and infection control guidelinesPerform cleaning,
