LuJo's Cafe is seeking a Cafe Allrounder to join our dynamic team in Merrimac, QLD.
This is a casual position offering 40 hours a week offering flexibility and variety as you work across multiple areas of our cafe operations.
As a Cafe Allrounder, you will be the backbone of our front-of-house service, delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst supporting all aspects of our cafe's daily operations.
Your role is essential to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere and efficient service that our customers will expect and deserve.What you'll be doingGreeting customers warmly and seating them in appropriate areas of the cafeTaking food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServing meals, drinks and refreshments to customers with attention to detail and courtesyClearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and organised dining environmentProcessing payments and handling cash and card transactions securelyBarista operations when required, including coffee preparation and beverage serviceAssisting with kitchen support tasks during service periods as directedMaintaining high standards of personal hygiene and food safety complianceCommunicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service deliverySupporting stock management and restocking of supplies as neededWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in hospitality,
