As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Digital Print Production Operator who takes pride in producing outstanding work and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll be involved in every stage of the production process, helping deliver high-quality printed products for our business customers throughout Queensland and Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing artwork and print files for production
Operating commercial digital printing equipment
Quality checking printed work
Guillotining, laminating, binding, folding and finishing
Packaging and dispatching customer orders
Assisting with freight and logistics requirements
Supporting customers with print enquiries
Working closely with the production team to meet daily deadlines
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient production environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Ideally you'll have experience in commercial print,



however if you have strong production experience and a willingness to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
You'll bring:

Confidence learning new software and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Physical ability to regularly handle paper stock and finished print products
Experience That Will Be Highly Regarded
Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
Commercial digital printing
Konica Minolta digital presses
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Print file preparation and pre-press
Large format printing
Laminating
Guillotine operation
Booklet making
Finishing equipment
Mailing or fulfilment services
