ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Rendering Supervisor, you will:
Oversee daily rendering operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Lead, mentor and coordinate staff across all rendering activities
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and yield performance are met
Maintain strict compliance with food safety, HACCP, and WHS requirements




Conduct routine equipment checks and work with maintenance to minimise downtime
Complete and maintain accurate production records and reports
Drive continuous improvement across processes, safety, and efficiency
Liaise with other shift supervisors, department managers and internal departments to ensure operational alignment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in rendering or meat processing operations
Leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment
Robust understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements
Problem-solving ability and confidence in making operational decisions
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lead by example
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
