As part of a global workforce solutions group, we are continuing solid local and national growth and are now welcoming a Business Development Manager to join our expanding Victoria team.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales and client management professional who thrives in building relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with a dynamic recruitment team to achieve shared goals while developing new business across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships across Victoria.
Drive strategic sales initiatives to exceed financial and performance targets.
Work closely with the recruitment team to support client needs and branch growth.
Provide sales reports, market insights, and territory updates.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Maintain high service standards, manage inbound enquiries, and consistently meet KPIs.
Identify opportunities within key blue-collar sectors including labour hire,



manufacturing, engineering, mining, construction, and industrial trades.

About You
Proven 360 recruitment, labour hire, or blue-collar industry experience.
Supporting our clients and driving growth in the Victorian region.
Strong sales background with a track record of growing client bases.
Excellent communicator with solid relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused, skilled, and consultative in your approach.
Motivated, autonomous, and enthusiastic with strong influencing skills.
Good understanding of WHS processes, CRM systems, and service delivery standards.
Team player with a high level of presentation and work ethic.
