Stryker is currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joint Replacement team based in Darwin, NT .

This is a casual role is primarily during the business days, with occasional on-call, and weekend work to support urgent cases.

Key responsibilities
Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement
Build solid, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of Stryker products
Collaborate with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques
Ensure exceptional service and support to both public and private hospitals across Darwin

What we’re looking for
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, theatre-based environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities




Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as required
