Complete Care Team is a highly respected company that was established in 1999. We specialize in supporting community-based clients with disabilities and in particular clients with complex care needs, including people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and spinal injuries. We focus on all aspects of our client’s needs, providing a quality home-based person-centered service which puts clients at the center of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, caring, tolerant and a dedicated carer. Have exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills with a deep understanding of person-centered care. They will have a willingness to learn, be punctual, reliable and have robust problem-solving abilities. In addition, they should be able to work both independently and within a team.

Duties may vary to suit the needs of the individual clients. This may include however are not limited to:




Personal care – showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
Manual handling – wheelchair transfers, hoisting
Domestic duties – housework, laundry and meal preparation
Community access – transporting clients to shopping, doctor’s appointments and social activities including attending hydrotherapy

Essential criteria:
NDIS Worker Check
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
First Aid Certificate
Working rights in Australia
Driver’s License
Reliable insured vehicle

Preferred but not essential:
Industry experience will be highly regarded
An understanding of person-centered disability care and Acquired Brain Injury
