About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Specialist to drive marketing strategy and lead execution whilst managing cross-category media partnerships. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic planning, agency leadership, and media investment management.

Key Requirements
Proven expertise in designing annual marketing strategies and translating complex business priorities into integrated, insight-driven campaigns.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering high-profile media partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
Extensive hands-on experience working within or closely alongside media agencies to manage daily relationships, briefings, and campaign execution.
Expertise in coordinating end-to-end multichannel media planning and continuously refining performance based on analytics and objectives.
Solid organizational skills in handling media investments, purchase orders, budget tracking, and spend compliance.





Key Responsibilities
Design annual marketing strategies and translate category priorities into integrated, insight-driven campaigns through cross-functional collaboration.
Drive the delivery of high-profile media partnerships and sponsorships, managing partner integrations, requirements, and amplification.
Oversee daily agency relationships, briefing processes, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Coordinate multichannel media planning and continuously optimise campaign performance using data insights and established frameworks.
Manage financial operations for media investments, including budget tracking, purchase order processing, and spend compliance.
