About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced cake decorator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for:
Icing and decorating cakes, cupcakes, slices, and brownies for our stores and wholesale customers
Creating custom and multi-layered celebration cakes
Preparing icings, buttercreams, ganache, and fillings
Maintaining food safety (WHS & HACCP) standards

Shifts start from 2pm, with weekend work required.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to work quickly and accurately at scale




Calm under pressure during busy periods
Able to work both independently and in a team
Reliable, motivated, and hardworking

Requirements
Must have solid decorating experience with pallet knife skills and piping skills.
Valid Australian work rights
Pastry chef qualifications are a bonus, but not essential with strong experience
