About the Role:

You'll provide high-level administrative support to two Partners and their teams across Class Actions , ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Responsibilities:
Manage diaries, appointments, and correspondence
Prepare & amend legal documents
Coordinate travel
Prepare electronic and paper briefs
Electronically file documents through Court portals
Liaise with counsel, courts, and clients
Oversee monthly billing process and reporting
Coach and mentor junior legal assistants

Qualifications & Required Skills:




4 + years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar position in legal support. Litigation experience is highly preferred.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing deadlines with efficiency
Solid tech skills in legal practice management systems
A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Pay range and compensation package:
Up to $115,000 pkg DOE & year salary reviews + bonuses
2 days WFH, Versatile working & 28 days annual leave per year
CBD location, global offices, weekly & monthly team-based events

Please note, that this role is best suited to someone who is looking to build a career in support, this position does not have pathways to practice.
