A top ranked team is looking to add at the Associate and/or VP 1 level, with the role sitting within one of the most active sector practices in the Australian market.

The team has a dominant footprint across technology, media, telecommunications and digital infrastructure M&A; - advising on some of the largest completed transactions in the sector locally over the past 12 months. Deal flow is particularly strong across telco and digital infrastructure assets, including tower platforms, fibre networks and data centres, with active mandates running across Australia and the wider APAC region. The practice is well embedded across both sponsor and corporate client bases, with solid connectivity into offshore deal flow.

The role

You’ll work across the full deal lifecycle,



from origination support and pitch work through to execution on live M&A; transactions and strategic advisory assignments. The team runs complex, cross-border processes and you’ll get genuine exposure to marquee clients from day one.

Who they’re looking for

A high-performing Associate or first-year VP from an investment bank or specialist advisory firm, with solid M&A; execution experience. Sector background in technology, telecoms or digital infrastructure is an advantage but not essential. What matters is the quality of your execution track record and your ability to step up in a quick-moving setting.
