The Role - Educator
This role at our Buderim service is for and Inclusion Support Educator who holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, or is actively working towards their Certificate III and is confident and experienced in inclusive practice.
As an Educator at Meadow Lane, you will:
Support growth and development of children in an inclusive setting
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Facilitate children's learning through play-based experiences and daily routines
Work collaboratively with your room team and leaders




Learn and contribute to reflective practice and quality improvement
Be supported with creative, educator-led approaches
You'll be guided by experienced Lead Educators and supported by our Inclusion and Centre Leadership teams every step of the way.

About You
You'll be a great fit it you:
Are experienced and passionate about inclusion
Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, or are currently studying towards it
Have a genuine love of working with children
Are open to learning, feedback and reflective practice
Value teamwork, relationships and open communication
Hold (or are willing to obtain) a current First Aid Certificate and Blue Card
