Priorities include:Invoice processing, budget and supplier administrationCompiling sales and marketing reports, contributing data-driven insightsLiaise with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupporting the weekly paid media digital programCoordinating organic social media content and production into marketEvent management and delivery, including builder and community eventsCoordinating marketing collateral production — project brochures, illustrated plans and masterplans, websites, signage, direct mail and corporate initiatives such as award and tender submissions — from briefing through to delivery.Assisting with website updates, online real estate listings, database management and email marketingBroader support across other full marketing mix initiatives as neededIdeal for someone with 2–3 years' experience who's naturally curious, highly organised, and confident enough to ask questions, challenge assumptions and take ownership of their own development.About YouExceptional attention to detail and pride in accurate, high-quality workStrong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines without losing accuracyNaturally curious, comfortable asking questions and investigating inconsistenciesConfident managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholdersAnalytical, and enjoys turning data into insights2–3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Assistant or similar role (or equivalent drive and willingness to learn.Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplineProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) an advantageDiversity & InclusionWe value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel supported, respected and able to contribute their best.
