This exciting role will see you working between Ballina and the Gold Coast and offers the chance to work on a variety of high-quality residential projects in a close-knit team.Key responsibilitiesConstruct and install various timber structures including walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windowsFabricate, install and finish custom cabinetry and joineryRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate workOperate power tools and hand tools safely and efficientlyCollaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed to a high standardMaintain a clean and organised work environmentWhat we're looking forFormal carpentry qualification such as a Certificate III in CarpentryDemonstrated experience as a carpenter,



ideally in the construction or cabinet making industriesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawingsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamStrong time management and organisational skillsCommitment to workplace health and safetyYou will also need:A valid driver's license and your own Ute or Van (complete with tools).
