Join Every Battery, Australia's leading retailer of Batteries, Solar & Power accessories.We are a Tasmanian business, with 3 Stores in Tasmania and 12 others across VIC, NSW, QLD, WA & SA.We are now seeking a Retail Sales Assistant / Counter Sales Assistant based in our Launceston Store.This is a Part time, Permanent position, with good chance for career progression as we open new stores.About You:Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar would also help, but full training will be provided for any candidates with a positive "can-do" attitude.Every customer presents a different challenge, so you need to be genuinely interested in people and providing expert advice and guidance.It can be a hands‐on technical role with lots to learn, so you must have "grit" and the ability to stick with a task through to completion.Excellent customer service skills are required, and the ability to lift batteries including car and caravan batteries.Requirements:Physically fit and able to lift (20kg minimum).
Current Driving Licence (must-have).
