About the RoleWorking under the guidance of Lead Educators, the successful candidate will support the daily care, learning, development and wellbeing of children.Assisting with the preparation and delivery of engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences.Supporting children's daily routines, development and positive behaviour.Building respectful and supportive relationships with children and families.Contributing to observations, learning records and program reflections.Maintaining a safe, clean, organised and welcoming learning environment.Working collaboratively with Lead Educators and other team members.Following centre policies, child-safety requirements and relevant regulations.Contributing to team meetings and ongoing quality improvement.About YouA Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a higher ACECQA-approved qualification.At least 12 months of full-time relevant experience, or equivalent part-time experience,



in an early childhood education and care setting.A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.A current Victorian Working with Children Check.Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them before commencing.Knowledge of child-safety and mandatory-reporting responsibilities.Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting children.Applicants who hold, or are currently working towards, a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care are encouraged to apply.Why Join Inspire?
