Our team is passionate about making a tangible difference in environmental sustainability, and we pride ourselves on our knowledgeable, customer-focused approach.About the roleYou need to have minimum of 3 years door to door and face to face direct marketing experience, and you should be able to make your own team and lead it.
You should be able to travel to regional NSW and other parts of Australia and do direct prospecting.You should be able to make your own sales leads and close it- We will provide you the latest product training.We will supply you the marketing materials and provide FULLY MAINTAIN Company car and travel accommodation incentives.Students and people with visa are welcomed.It is a base salary plus commission position.We will negotiate the pay package in a face-to-face interview.Only serious people with right attitude and willing to work hard and earn $300k plus PA need to apply.You will directly report to the owner of the business.This position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities whilst making a meaningful impact on our organisation's growth and success.Key responsibilitiesSupervising, coaching and developing team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and supportManaging team performance through setting clear objectives, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and providing constructive feedbackMonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to meet or exceed customer service targetsConducting staff training sessions and ensuring team compliance with company policies,
