About the Role
This role provides administrative and operational support across Kambu Health, including coordinating systems, meetings, records, reporting, vendor contract registers, event materials, and day-to-day business activities.
This role will suit someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including communications, documentation, filing, data entry, inbox management, and general office coordination
Support business systems, records management, process improvement, and archiving practices
Coordinate meetings, agendas, action tracking, and follow-up reporting
Maintain accurate registers, databases, supplier records, purchase orders, reconciliations, and reporting documentation
Support vendor administration by helping ensure external supplier contracts and records remain current
Provide event support by ordering materials, coordinating supplies, and assisting with practical arrangements as required
Build positive working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
Complete additional administrative duties as required, in line with organisational policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
What You'll Bring
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across teams and with senior leaders
Experience providing executive, office, coordination, or administrative support
Sound problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence
A valid Blue Card / Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
