We are seeking a highly organised and proactive NDIS Operations & Compliance Coordinatorto support the day-to-day running of our organisation.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, coordinating HR administration, and managing client intake and onboarding processes.This is a key "all-rounder" role suited to someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys balancing compliance, people, and client-facing responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesNDIS Compliance & QualityMaintain and update policies and procedures in line with NDIS Practice StandardsMonitor compliance requirements, including worker screening, training, and certificationsSupport audit preparation and ongoing quality improvement activitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date compliance recordsAssist with incident reporting and documentationHR AdministrationCoordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboardingMaintain employee records, qualifications, and compliance checksTrack staff training and mandatory certifications (e.g. First Aid,
